Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases of digital CAD models (STL/STEP) via SolidGearsPro.

2. Contractual Partner / Payment

All sales are processed by Lemon Squeezy (1185 Avenue of the Americas, Suite 2050, New York, NY 10036). Lemon Squeezy is the official Merchant of Record and your contractual partner for the transaction.

3. License and Usage

Upon purchase, you are granted a simple, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the CAD data for both private and commercial purposes. Reselling or redistributing the original digital files is strictly prohibited.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

The generated gear geometries are based on mathematical algorithms. SolidGearsPro assumes no liability for mechanical strength, fitment in complex assemblies, or any damage resulting from the use of 3D-printed or machined parts. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the technical suitability for their specific application.

5. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

By purchasing our digital products, you expressly agree that we begin the performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period. You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download of the digital content has commenced.
