Each type is engineered with high-precision involute and trochoid geometry.

2. Precise Parameter Configuration

Tailor your gear to your exact needs. Our configurator allows for deep technical customization for both the Wheel and the Pinion:

  • Core Parameters: Define the Module and Number of Teeth.
  • Advanced Engineering (Show More): Access professional settings like Pressure Angle, Tip Clearance Factor, Profile Shift Factor, Normal Backlash, and Tool Edge Radius.
  • Mechanical Features: Add optional Hubs (Diameter/Length), Holes (Diameter/Depth), Keyways (Width/Height), or Crossbores (Diameter/Distance) to make your gear "ready to install."

3. Interactive 3D Preview & Validation

Visualize your design before you commit. Using our three.js-powered preview, you can generate a real-time 3D model of your Wheel or Pinion.

The Validation Advantage: The preview acts as a live verification of your parameters. If the model renders perfectly in your browser, it is guaranteed to export correctly as a high-quality 3D file.

4. Choose Your Export Format

Depending on your workflow, select your preferred output:
